Full day exploring Alice Springs visiting the historic Old Telegraph Station the site of the original township with all its buildings Royal Flying Doctor Base School of the Air and the Alice Springs Desert Park for an exciting introduction to the natural wonders of Australiarsquos deserts

Day 7 Alice Springs ndash Tennant Creek (BLD)

Free time this morning at the teachers discretion before travelling via the Devilrsquos Marbles to Tennant Creek On arrival enjoy a tour of an underground gold mine Overnight camp

Day 8 Tennant Creek ndash Katherine Gorge (BLD)

Early departure for Daly Waters and on to Mataranka for a welcome swim in the hot springs Continue to Katherine Gorge to setup camp

Day 9 Katherine Gorge ndash Kakadu (BLD)

Enjoy a 2 hour cruise into the gorge and perhaps undertake a canoe ride (own expense) After lunch travel northwest to Kakadu National Park to setup camp at Cooinda for 2 nights

Day 10 Kakadu National Park (BLD)

Today your program includes Park Ranger Headquarters and Bowali Visitor Centre Ubirr Art Site Yellow Waters Cruise and Nourlangie Rock

Day 11 Kakadu ndash Berry Springs ndash Darwin (BLD)

Depart Kakadu and travel to Berry Springs Visit the Territory Wildlife Park home to thousands of territory animals including several rare or endangered in the wild Late afternoon arrival in Darwin to set up camp

Depending on flight times you may wish to visit AquaScene or Crocodylus before transferring to Darwin Airport for the return flight to your capital city

GbullEbullT Educational Tours and its suppliers including airlines do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury damage loss delay additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part including but not limited to war civil disturbance fire flood unusually severe weather acts of God acts of Government or other authorities accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving its employees and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group) GbullEbullT Educational Tours cannot accept responsibility for subsequent changes or withdrawal of prices details or services which are subject to change without notice This contract is governed by the law of the State of Victoria

Mandatory Booking Requirements

We are not liable for any loss or expenses caused by your failure to comply with these requirements Flight rail and ferry reservations cannot be confirmed without passenger names You must at the time of booking advise the correct names for all passengers including students and escorts Name changes after tickets have been issued will result in the issue of new tickets and incur amendment charges and may require a higher fare to be paid GET Educational Tours can accept no responsibility for any additional charges or inability to travel as a result of incorrect notification of passenger names

Deposits amp PaymentsA deposit is payable within 30 days of confirmation with final names lists required 30 days prior to departure Full payment for air rail and sea travel is required 65 days prior to travel GST will be charged on the full payment A deposit of $20 per student is required for itineraries valued at $200 or less $50 per student for itineraries from $201 to $500 and $300 per

student for itineraries valued at $501 or greater Bookings may be automatically cancelled if payment is not received A cancellation fee applies until 30 days (65 days for air rail amp sea sectors) prior to departure Cancellations within 30 days of departure (65 days for air rail amp sea sectors) will incur a minimum cancellation fee of 100 of total arrangements Cancellations will only be accepted in writing In order to confirm seats some discount airfares may require immediate nonrefundable payment in full We will not refund any unused part of your itinerary including accommodation transfers tours and airfares The price of your tour is not guaranteed until full payment has been received

Changes amp AmendmentsIf you change your booking after final payment we will charge a $55 amendment fee for each change plus any additional pre-payable taxes levies or charges Requests for an individual to travel outside the grouprsquos designated dates or destination will incur an additional charge of $55 per person plus any charges that our suppliers may make As prices are indicative only details of particular tours or hotels in our brochures may have changed since publication date on 01 September 2009

Cancellations amp RefundsA cancellation fee equal to 50 up to 100 of the deposit will apply until 30 days prior to departure (65 days for air rail amp sea sectors) Bookings cancelled within 30 days of departure will be charged a fee equal to 100 of the land content price

bull Airlines ground handling companies hotels hostels restaurants and tour operators may impose additional cancellation fees within 65 days of departure

bull Airline discount booking classes are subject to cancellation fees at any time following confirmationbull In order to confirm seats some discount airfares may require immediate nonrefundable payment in full

We will not refund any unused part of your itinerary including accommodation transfers tours and airfares Airline refunds following cancellation will be made when the airline completes the refund transaction (this may be in excess of 60 days) Cancellations will only be accepted in writing In order to confirm seats some discount airfares may require immediate nonrefundable payment in full The price of your tour is not guaranteed until full payment has been received

Travel InsuranceWe strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for students amp escorts This should be valid for the full duration of your itinerary

LuggageWhen travelling by air free luggage allowances will be strictly enforced with excess baggage carried by airlines at their discretion and at passengers own expense Note most full service airlines offer a 20kg free baggage allowance Some low cost airlines may offer a lower allowance or levy an additional charge for baggage
