TOE will guarantee the “Open and Close” as well as “known work” of the outage from a dollar and schedule

perspective• Note: every outage has

an adjustment to money and schedule after all the discovery work is completed which will need to be mutually agreed upon during the outage

•We were able to get the burners to comply with new RACT Emissions standards while still burning #6 oil by burner modifications. By being able to do this the facility was able to comply while avoiding spending anywhere between 1 and 10 million dollars extra

Detroit Turbine outage Winter 2013

•Unit produces 13% more Megawatts on the same steam flow a net result of approx. $1.5 million in a plant that has an EBITA of $10 million

Detroit controls upgrade Winter 2013

•With the new controls in place we were able to test different operating modalities and identified a different valve line up that yielded a 1% to 2% increase in Megawatt increase that nets the plant approx. $400,000 against an EBITA of $10,000,000
