Process for enrolment; if contribution from employees

Email is sent to all employees for enrolment, through HR.

Specifying OPD cashless

benefits & a link for

enrolment

Employees to provide basic

details like employee

name, id, email id.

Confirmation mail is sent to employees.

A policy will be booked and

‘iHealth card’ to be provided to all employees with in 15 days

from date enrolment is

closed.

• Customer provides UHID, Name for validation, Address & exact problem he is suffering from
