Introduction

• Hello and welcome to the out and up activity centre we are a small company that runs team building exercises for young adults aged between 17-23.

• We have lots of activities and a café for refreshments we are sure that you will like us and hope to see you sometime in the near future to join us on our exciting adventures.

Note from the staff chairman We want to discover what it feels like to be

challenged and to learn new skills. It will give us all a better understanding of how people learn in a variety of new situations. I have to say, I have never felt so anxious in all my life. Firstly there was the initial get-together of all the staff many of us know each other from before the amalgamation but probably have not spent that long in each others’ company.I understand that people may have not had this experience before now but I feel like they will enjoy it and come back after for more.
