Lunch and Learn for BusinessOn Thursday, June 30 a group of Jewish business people gathered for a Torah Study ‘Lunch-and-Learn’ and to lay Tfillin in a City Centre office. It was time to say goodbye to the Yeshiva boys who have completed their studies and are off to Rab-binical College after two years participation in the program. Meeting with the business community and sharing their religious commitment is an es-sentail part of their education. Learn at your place of business call Rabbi Slavin.

Tomorrow’s generationJust as wearing tefillin every day is a mitzva commanded by the Torah to every individual regardless of his standing in Torah, whether deeply learned or simple, so too is it an absolute duty for every person to spend a half hour every day thinking about the Torah-education of children, and to do everything in his power - and beyond his power- to inspire children to follow the path along which they are being guided.
