OUR PRIORITIES
1.1 Continue to grow access to and excellence of our programs and services for Grade 1 and 2 children
1.2 Expand our early intervention programs and services to include kindergarten children and their families
1.3 Commit to caregiver, tutor and educator capacity building
2.1 Actively promote children’s literacy by working together with community, government and corporate partners 2.2 Implement, model and grow reputation in best people engagement practices
2.3 Partner with schools and post secondary institutions to provide students with relevant and meaningful community service field experiences
3.1 Successfully transition from current organizational reality to our new future 3.2 Further improve and enhance our internal systems and processes 3.3 Explore technology as a tool to increase program and operational excellence
