Our two unique townhouses at either end of London feel just like the private homes of eccentric old ancestors. With award-winning cocktails by Tony Conigliaro and rooms stuffed full of oddities, the townhouses are equally suited to a lazy afternoon as they are for a night of uproarious revelry.
Located in the heart of historic Clerkenwell - an area of London steeped in history – our Clerkenwell Townhouse is inspired by the adventures and amours of an imaginary Great Aunt Wilhelmina. Intimate dinners, meetings and parties are just a few of the events we can host in our private spaces. It may be a champagne cocktail masterclass that takes your fancy, or a simple working lunch, either way our bartenders and chefs will create something exceptional to fit the bill!
The Games RoomGreat Aunt Whilelmina’s play room is perfect for cocktail parties and sumptuous private dinners, leisurely wedding breakfasts and baby showers, and even important board meetings or talks.
The Dining RoomGather round our glossy, regency-style pedestal table for sit down din-ners or board meetings in the most resplendent setting. At the end of a meeting or private dinner, throw open the doors that lead into the Cocktail Lounge, order award- winning cocktails and soak up the ambiance of the Townhouse.

Our second townhouse is located on Seymour Street in Marylebone, one of London’s most coveted corners.
From the moment you step in the door of the 24 - bedroom Georgian Townhouse you’ll feel like you’re in the private residence of a notorious ancestor - we call him Wicked Uncle Seymour.
The FireplaceThe fireplace in Seymour’s Parlour is the perfect spot for up to twenty guests, whether it’s to celebrate an engagement or to host a baby shower. Sip on inventive cocktails or indulge on lavish treats from our afternoon tea menu.
Afternoon TeaUp to 12 guests can enjoy traditional Afternoon Tea by the fireplace. Choose between Aunt Wilhelmina’s dainty Afternoon Tea with a selection of sandwiches, or Uncle Seymour’s heartier menu featuring sausage rolls and mini croque monsieur.

The Kitchen TableOur semi-private, square, Kitchen Table at The Zetter Hotel, seats 12 people in absolute comfort and is the perfect setting for tastings, work meetings, client dinners or a relaxed meal with friends. Available from 6pm, the table is yours for the evening, so you can take your time with dinner. You’ll have a dedicated member of the team on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly and to help with wine recommendations. Guests can choose to enjoy Chef Ben Boeynaems’ a la carte menu, or a 6 course tasting menu from £35. Wine pairing menus are available upon request.
The AtriumThe Atrium is a relaxed yet sumptuous space. From 6:30 - 9pm the space is avail-able for standing receptions and drinks parties for up to 30 people.
