We went to the Waterfront Café and ate a traditional dish called the Flying Fish and Cou Cou.

We went to the Andromeda Botanic Gardens in Bathsheba

We met Rihanna. She was staying in our hotel

Queen's Park, near Bridgetown, contains one of the island's two immense baobab trees. Brought to Barbados from Guinea, West Africa in 1738.

We went sky diving in Barbados, with Barbados Skies.

We took an electric train through the Harrison Caves in St. Thomas.

We went on the Atlantis Submarine Night dive. $91 for the night tour and we booked it with Atlantis Submarines.

We went to the Plantation Bajan Roots and Rhythms dinner show in the South East. $85 for the show including fire eating and West Indian dance culture and unlimited food and drink

We went swimming with the turtles in the Turtle Beach Resorts .

South AfricA

Our hotel in Kwazulu Natal.

We went on a safari in the Kruger Nation Park in the Zulu village in Kwazulu Natal. 75 Rand for the both of us.

We went for a walk in the Zulu village and met these traditional Zulu dancers.

Went abseiling on the highest commercial abseil in the world Table Mountain

We went of a hot air balloon with Winelands Ballooning. The flight take place in the scenic Berg River Valley outside of Paarl.

We went on an ostrich ride in Highgate Ostrich Show farm in Oudtshoorn. We took the bus here from our hotel.

One night we had out meat on a traditional braai (barbeque)

We met locals one morning who were playing the traditional kakaki wind instrument

Haiti

We went to the village of Port au Paix. Here we witnessed some of the destruction from the earthquake.

We visited one of the building sites and volunteered in helping to rebuild some houses.

Our hotel in Port au Prince called the Palm Inn.

We went on the Dragons Breath zipline In Lapadee. We booked it with The Land Excursion Desk.

We saw a street festival in Port Au Prince, where traditional music and dancing was done. The dancers were called Ra ra dancers.

The village of Jacmel in the South East is a well known place for voodoo. We saw a street carnival here, where people in papier maché costumes paraded the streets.

Also in Jacmel, we went to the Bassins Bleus, which are 3 pools joined by a waterfall

One night in our hotel we had Cabrit, which is goat meat.
