Fo r some unexplainable reasOn ou rlocal authori t ies have no t completed th e good work of turning fourteenacres o f swamp amI neglected f arm l an d i nt o $350,000.00 WOrth of revenue-paying property. Lo t owners in Narbrook P ar k a rc f requen t ly andmore insistently- askillg us wh y their ta xe s a re s pe nt o n t he r es t of t heBorough an d no t in t h e P ar k . It i s o nl y fair an d ju:,t that we shou ldbe abl e t o answe r t hem, and to this end ou r Park Development Committee should meet with Councils an d request that Narbrook Park receivethe unprovements which by every right and preceden t it is entitled to.
