Julia's ReflectionJulia's Reflection After doing this project, I felt that I have learnt that if we work in After doing this project, I felt that I have learnt that if we work in

a group, we need to have very good planning & good time a group, we need to have very good planning & good time management. When we were doing the project, a few of us management. When we were doing the project, a few of us were just leaving the task to the rest of the team-mates. The were just leaving the task to the rest of the team-mates. The planning for roles and responsibilities must be in specific details planning for roles and responsibilities must be in specific details so the team members will know what they MUST do. Derek’s ReflectionsDerek’s Reflections

From this project, I have learnt to fully trust someone in certain work. I have also learn how to manage my time properly in order to give the best. Through my group’s support, they have encourage me to continue if though it might not be what they expected from me. Although we are lack of good planning skills, we have tried to improve it time and time just to satisfied our expectations.

I will carry on together as a group to do our best even though we have encounter lots of problems. We will definitely do our best in all our works. Thank You

Sunarsih’s Reflections This project had taught me two things. That is trust and

responsibility. Without trust, this project would not have been completed

smoothly. Meaning, I as the group leader have to trust the rest of the five to do their task properly. If I did not trust them, I would have done everything on my own.

Responsibility is the big word that I learn. With an important role, I have the biggest responsibility trusted on me by the teachers. Therefore, I learn how to manage little conflicts and also whatever that happens in the group.

Overall, I enjoyed being in the group with Julia, Nicholas, Kang Ling, Wei Hoon and Derek!
