Our Peer Group (“OPG”) was formed as a PRIVATE network to enable communication among COO & CFOpeers. Over the years, we have adhered to a few core principles including: (i) limiting membership to onlybuy side COO/CFO participation (ii) strict privacy among members (iii) member only access to content and(iv) real value-added interactions. Our network has grown over the years to currently include over 170industry members representing roughly $600 billion in assets under management (as of July 2019).

Members have exclusive access to our website WWW.OURPEERGROUP.COM which provides a private forumto easily communicate with peers via online discussion tools, as well as perform targeted searches to reachspecific subsets of our membership. The site also gives members access to all surveys created (over 450 todate), all webinars held (over 100), a referral and job posting board (over 1000), a library resource containinga database of industry focused articles and documents (over 200) and listings of industry vendors andreferrals, Additionally, we coordinate many meetings on a broad array of industry topics. By limitingmembership to a select group of individuals, we have created a hedge fund industry collaboration of highquality and value-add professionals. Since the success of our group depends on the contribution of eachmember, we expect all members to actively participate in group discussions and interactions, while self-initiating important dialogue within the group.
