U.P.• Partnering to plant and nurture churches in other areas.• Enhancing the knowledge and skills for church planting• Recruiting, assessing, training, and mentoring/coaching

church planters.

• Identifying potential areas for new church plants.• Promoting the development of visionary church leaders.• Effectively communicating resource needs and plans to stakeholders in a timely manner.• Actively seeking partnership opportunities and resources for church planting.• Providing leadership development and training for existing churches.

• We will form a church planting network that together will plan our next church plant.

• We will raise $50,000 to go toward a church planting network.

• We will recruit other partners for the church planting network.

• WCMA will create an organizational and financial plan for all new church plants, developing:

High Impact Plants Focused Impact Plants Daughter Churches

• Partnering with Canada Church Growth to develop church planting projects in Central and Western Canada.

• Ken Smith, Executive Director of Canada Church Growth, Larry Green, board member of Canada Church Growth, and Ken Henes have participated in three national church planting summits in Canada with Canadian church leaders in order to create a strategy for a national church planting movement in Canada.
