With the construction business running in the family since 1960’s, recognition was given to the

business with the founding of Sujata Builders in 1983.Today, Nandwani Constructions is another facet

in the growth of this several decades long family business.

NANDWANI CONSTRUCTIONS is one of the region's premier Construction Company specializing in

the development and construction of quality projects located in primary markets of the region. The

projects included a diverse range of property types, from neighbourhood retail centres to build-to-suit

and conventional office buildings to town centres, industrial projects, factories, luxury apartments,
