Our Geometry Scavenger Hunt

2002-2003

CONE

Carson, Ryan, and Spencer found that the tip of their pencil and one

of the geometric figures in the room were cones.

CUBE

Matthew and Nic found the milk crate and the math dice as their

examples as their cubes.

Cylinder

Collin, Stevie, and Tony found a paper towel roll, world paper weight, and a jar

of peanuts as examples of their cylinders.

Rectangular Prism

Rachel and Logan found out that their desk was a

rectangular prism.

Sphere

Laura, Katie, and Morgan found the globe as their

example of a sphere.

Square Pyramid

Jessica, Taylor, and Depahnie had a very difficult shape. They finally

were able to find the square pyramid from the geometric

shapes in the room.
