Gratings

Niko Marine manufacture and supply a variety of steel gratings and stair steps including mounting profiles and clamps. We provide following types: pressed steel gratings, welded steel gratings, full gratings, louvre gratings, serrated, offshore, wema.We offer full range of load capacity and dimensions of stair steps and grating sheets.Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, acid resistant steel.

One directional anti-slip arrangement (undercuts either on bearing bar of transverse bar).Two directional anti-slip arrangement (undercuts either on bearing bar of transverse bar).

Full grating with bearing bars and transverse bars of equal height. Bars are notched up to half of their height. The cross bars are capable of transferring load the load in various directions. The framing bar is tack welded with transverse and bearing strips.

Louvre grating Presslock louvre grating constructed with transverse bars (louvres) pressed into the bearing bars at an angle of 30° or 45°. The framing bar is tack welded with transverse and bearing strips.

Offshore type grating The offshore welded type grating with special arrangement of round bar between the load bearing bars, allowing reduced bar spacing.

Stair treads Steel stair steps available in of each type of the grating. The profiled tread edge is equipped with anti slip perforation. Steps are equipped with assembly holes on each side of the stair panel.

Full grating

Gabions are shaped in rectangular cubes made of welded mesh or woven mesh. Materials used for gabions are corrosion resistant, or black steel coated.

Our gabions can be used during construction of following elements:- anti-erosion- retaining structures- fords- fencing- canal waterways- dams and more

Gabions are used also as decorative elements of thefacades and gardens.

Gabions are made of hot dip galvanised steel, stainless steel and black steel coated by zinc or aluminium alloys.

Fence systems

Niko Marine offer various fencing systems. Initially we have started with solid forged fencing, gates, wickets, posts and barriers. With time we have extended our offer with additional types.

We can currently provide:- forged fencing- welded mesh panels 2D and 3D fencing- profile panel fencing- custom made as per individual Client's request - sliding gates- swing gates- mobile fencing- wickets and more

Woven mesh

Niko Marine offer woven mesh wire with double crimped and intermediate crimped weaving.

Materials: - mild steel - galvanised steel - heat resistant steel - stainless steel - acid resistant steel - brass - copper - aluminiumDiameter of the wire is in range of 1,4 mm - 5 mm. Size of mesh hole is in range of 4 mm - 100 mm. We offer square, rectangular and special mesh patterns as per Client's request. We supply effective finish of surfaces as follows: galvanised, painted or anodized, as per Client’s request and expectations.

Welded mesh

Niko Marine offer wire mesh sheets welded at each intersection. Mesh is produced with flush edges.The wire diameter is in range of 3,00 mm – 6,00 mm.We offer square or rectangular mesh in base hole size of 40 mm and 50 mm and multiplication of the base size (80, 100,120,150 mm etc.).Max dimensions of the welded wire mesh sheet is 2500 mm x 3000 mm.

Materials: - mild steel wire - zinc wire

The welded wire mesh is designed and manufactured to be strong, durable and able to work in harsh environment.We supply effective finish of surfaces as follows: galvanised, painted or else, as per Client’s request and expectations.

Expanded metal

Niko Marine offer wide selection of expanded metal made of: mild steel, aluminium, copper, brass, titanium and more. The width of the panels is max 2500 mm and plate thickness is max 6 mm. The length of the panel depends on detailed mesh specification. The range of the size of the mesh varries between 4x2 mm to 250x80 mm.Due to unique appearance, expanded metal is in used in numerous applications: - facades, balcony panels, railings, ceilings, dividing walls- filters, ventilation grills, air intakes- access barriers, protective grids ST- automotive- ramps- civil building- industrial - agricultural

Perforated metal

Niko Marine offers wide range of perforated metal sheets.In our stock we have sheets made of: - structural steel- aluminium- stainless steelWe also deliver perforated sheets made of: copper, brass, corten, acid resistant steel and more. We supply effective finish of surfaces as follows: hot dip galvanised, painted or anodized, as per request and expectations.

The width of the sheet is max 1500 mm and max thickness is 12 mm.
