One of his core expertise is in creating "Nascent" product categories and driving Topline/Bottomline in the most competitive business domains.

Peshwa is an alumnus of IIT & IIM also is a Guest faculty at various Management Institutes including IIMC, Career and Executive Coach, and a regular speaker across Retail & Marketing Forums/Conferences. He is also an evangelist for "Start Ups", and himself an entrepreneur across Technology & Healthcare sectors.

Ashutosh is a Marketing & Strategy expert with 18 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market planning, BTB

business Strategy across Telecom, FMCG and Marketing Services industries. He also brings the Africa expertise

having grown successful businesses there. He specializes in creating business strategy framework and plans in

generating business demand through integrated marketing programs, with special expertise in BTB businesses.

Ashutosh is a B.Tech & MBE from Delhi University.

3. Mr. Rajiv Mishra

Rajiv is a senior HR professional with over 29 years of work experience in Human resource management and development. In his professional career he have held leadership positions in the HR function with Wipro and Hexaware technologies. Prior to his corporate career he have served for 23 years in the Indian army where he have held leadership roles. He had the experience of working in a multicultural environment during his tenure as part of UN forces in Lebanon for a period of one year

Presently he is working in the field of Human capital development as a consultant in organizational and leadership development.

Director,M2 BrandPartho is a brand & communications professional with over 20 years of experience across leading Advertising & Communication firms like Dentsu, TBWA, Saatchi, Contract, Hungama etc.

Partho's expertise is in areas of delivering End-To-End Brand Strategy, Advertising & Communications Solutions, Corporate Communication/Image Building Solutions.

Partho is an Economics graduate from Delhi University and holds a PGDM in Advertising & Communications.

Africa and India.
