This year marks a momentous milestone for Mashova, as we celebrate 25 years of commitment to our customers. That’s a quarter of a century of doing business according to a single unwavering vision: To be the plant hire partner of choice. It’s a simple vision, but it’s one that inspires a non-negotiable, customer-dedicated approach throughout our company.
Part of our success was the early realisation that we were not merely aiming to be a supplier of plant hire equipment. Instead, we are involved on a much deeper level where we provide solutions to the project constraints of each individual client.
The Mashova vision is upheld by two key commitments.
The �rst is a commitment to our sta�. Through our internal brand programme Sebenzana, every sta� member is trained and developed on a continual basis to enable an unrivalled customer service experience. In addition, our operators undergo a refresher course on a yearly basis, ensuring that they provide specialised, expert service whilst operating on your site.

Our second is a commitment to our equipment for it is our reputation in action. That is why we undertake frequent, rigid inspections of all equipment to ensure that they remain in pristine and productive condition. Our workshop and o�ce complex provides facilities to carry out major repairs, machine rebuilding and spray painting of machines on a scheduled basis.
Our �eet is constantly updated with a computer forecasted replacement programme. We also grow our respective product lines annually according to market and individual customer requirements.
With so much care going into the selection and maintenance of our equipment, it’s no surprise then that we are indeed passionate about our industry and our customers.

The privilege of giving School event - The Tsandzanani Primary School in Matsulu Township, near Nelspruit, is a cause that lies close to our hearts. With 1000 pupils currently attending the school, the Tsandzanani Primary School has a constant need for external support to assist in sustaining their infrastructure and facilities. At 11h00 every day all pupils receive a hot meal; for 300-orphaned children it is their only meal for the day.
