� TheSPFservesasapass-throughfund,enablingprojectstocollecttax-deductibledonationsfromindividualsandcorporations,andfromgrantsandendowments,withouthavingtoestablishthemselvesasaseparatenon-profitentity.

SPFProvidesFiscalSponsorshipfor� ProjectsthatpromoteeducationandequityforallwomenandgirlsandsupporttheAAUWMission.

� Projectsthatseektoinfluencelegislation,supportcandidatesforoffice,benefitsolelyAAUWmembersorindividualsarespecificallyexcluded.

� Theprojecthasaminimumprojectbudgetof$1000.
