OSSIX® PLUS Case Presentation #2 A 46 years old female with Chronic Periodontitis and a vertical root fracture in tooth #5. Three implants were immediately placed. Vertical and lateral augmentation with FDBA and covered withOSSIX® PLUS. A 46 years old female with Chronic Periodontitis and a vertical root fracture in tooth #5. Teeth #3,4,5 were extracted and the right maxillary sinus was augmented by a lateral window approach. Lateral window approach was used for sinus augmentation and three implants placed.

Primary flap closure was achieved with 5-0 resorbable sutures.

After 7 months complete soft tissue coverage was maintained.
