From 2012, was optimized process control, achieving increased significantly and steadily the number of directorial decisions, allowing to reduce administrative processes inconclusive records accumulated from 2009 to 2011 at 96%.

This is achieve by: : • Restructuring and implementation of branches of regulation and control • Training staff for the unification of technical and legal criteria • Simplification of the single administrative procedure (PAU) and approval of the improved version of its rules

of procedure, prior participatory process with stakeholders. • Approval of new methodology for calculation of the amount of fines imposed by OSINFOR., with the aim of

improving its deterrent character of the Commission of offences. • Application of the chain of law enforcement covering external entities with which the OSINFOR should work

jointly.

Developed on the instruction of the PAU, with the purpose that the holder of the enabling title take the floor to sustain his rigth or to clarify the facts under investigation, as stipulated in article 23.5 of the rules of the Single Administrative Procedure, approved by presidential resolution 007-2013-OSINFOR.

The Oral Hearing are being developed in the regions where is a greater number of holders with , as Loreto, Ucayali and Madre de Dios.

The monitoring carried out in territories of the natives communities, mainly in Loreto, Ucayali, Amazonas, Junin and Pasco , there are growing the participation of representatives of indigenous organizations in quality of observers

767 participants 09 events developed in the VRAEM (distritos de Pichari, Kimbiri, San Francisco, Sivia, Junìn, Pasco).

Workshop Macro Regional “Specialization in national policies and regulations in the Environmental, forestry and wildlife Sector", Jenaro Herrera - may 2013.

Objective:

Strengthen the capacities of prosecutors specialized in environmental matters and legal professionals

of the line departments of the OSINFOR understanding of national policies, regulations, forestry and

wildlife, in order to strengthen the task of supervision and control of the forestry and wildlife

applying regulations.

Within the framework of the regulation on transparency, access to environmental public information, participation and citizen consultation on environmental matters (DS. N° 002-2009-MINAM); from the year 2012, participatory processes are pushing to receive contributions o suggestions to the normative documents of the OSINFOR. So, that until October 2013, have been developed 20 participatory events in Tarapoto, Puerto Maldonado, Pucallpa, Chiclayo, La Merced, Tingo María y Tumbes.

The information false or lacking in veracity contained in documents management (POA), has led to the mobilization of 53,186.306 m3 of illegal wood equivalent to 11´700, 987 pt, coming from 44 species.

It is necessary to indicate that from 2009 to date, are warning the approval of permits and annual operating plans, through the figure of control back, covered in article 32 of the law 27444 and on the principle of the presumption of veracity of the article IV of the aforementioned law, also not evidenced the fulfilment by the preference-giving entities, verify automatically through the system of sampling, the authenticity of the statements of management documents.
