WHY LASER ENGRAVING?Harmony with nature is the basic principle of Oriental philosophy. Laser engraving technology is fully compatible with this thinking: it does not involve the use of paint and is fully ecological. The logotype is burnt on the surface of the chopstick, which makes it very durable. Characters engraved on the wooden chopstick look darker against the lighter background. Characters engraved on the stainless steel chopsticks are black and sharply contrast with the metallic surface.

We carry out orders for individually engraved chopsticks beginning from 50 pairs. Since the texture of wood is not homogenous, the exact appearance of engraving on particular chopsticks may differ. To ensure high quality of engraving, care needs to be taken both of the content and the form of the engraved text. So if Your logotype contains a complex picture or bold type, we recommend the engraving in the form of text with the name of Your company, internet address or other data. If You have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us.

Files containing texts to be engraved should be sent in the vector format (PDF or EPS compatible with Adobe Illustrator CS2) with all the elements of the logo converted into curves. The design of the inserted tag should be sent in the PDF file, size 230x40mm, resolution 300 dpi.

You may commision our graphic designers to prepare the file with the engraving or the design of the inserted tag. We then charge a fee for their work.
