ORGANIZATIONS The SAP TM organizational mode is independent from the SAP ERP organizational model. SAP TM offers these six Organizational Unit functions: Corporate: This organizational unit function is the highest it is optional Company: This is similar to ERP Company Sales: This organizational unit is responsible for Sales Function Purchasing: This organizational unit is responsible for Purchasing Function. Planning and execution: organizational unit responsible for both Planning and execution Forwarding House: This is used for Sales, Purchasing, Planning and execution.

There are three Organizational unit roles Organization: This is the highest organizational unit role Office: The office unit is only created under the Sales Function. This unit can be further assigned to Highest organization unit of Organization role Group: This unit can be created under the Sales , purchasing, or Planning and execution. This can be assigned to Organization role or office role.

Process:Create Organizational and staffing:

Enter the Valid from and Valid to date

Enter Organizational Unit as CompanyDescription: CompanyORG DATAClick on Create icon

System will automatically Generate Organization ID # Choose Organizational Unit Function as Company and Organizational unit role as Organization

Click on Address tab and maintain AddressNow creating Organization networks:-The Organization network can be defined in two ways: Creating organizations Assigning OrganizationsRight click CreateChoose Organizational Unit which

Choose Organizational Unit and repeat the same with the Sales (purchase) as functions
