He is a Fellow Member of American Society for Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) where he sits on the Technology Council. He led the development of Standard 180 (Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems) and is Chair of the Technical Committee 7.3 (Operations and Maintenance Management). He is the first industry Co-Chair of the WHPA Executive Committee. He applies his knowledge and skills through BBJ Consulting Service where he works with other engineers on a team approach to building challenges and directly with owners in developing improvement plans. His advice is sought by allied organizations throughout the world.

(IHACI)Bob Wiseman is Chairman of the Board of IHACI, a nonprofit trade organization dedicated to the advancement of the heating and air conditioning industry. He is President of Canoga Park Heating and Air Conditioning Company, located in Canoga Park, CA. He serves as a member of WHPA’s Executive Committee, voicing the needs and concerns of California’s HVAC contractors.
