2. The Authority is in process of scrutinizing ' the MYTP/ATP submission received from various Airport Operators/Independent Service Providers viz. Cargo Operations, Ground Hand ling Agencies and Into P lane Service Providers and the determination process is likely to takesome time. Further many ISPs have not submitted their ATPs for 4th anti 5th tarift" years. In add ition to this in respect of ISPs at SI.No. 21 to 25, AAl has given extension of cont ract upto 30.06.2019. In , respect of ISP at SI. No. 26, contract w ith AAI is valid upto 31.05.2019. Hence , the Authority has decided that the Airport Operators/ Independent Services Providers at List A (SI.No. 1 to 4) and B (SI. NO. 5 to 20, 27 to 35) above, may be allowed to continue the levy of the tariffs existing as on 31.03.2019 for a per iod of six months w.e.f. 01.04.2019 to 30.09.2019 or till determination of tariffs for the first/second /third (as applicab le) control period, whichever is earlier. ISPs at SI.No. 21 to 25 may be allowed to continue levy of exis ting tariff upto 30.06 .2019. ISP at SI.No. 26 may be allowed to continue levy of . 'ng tariff upto 31.05.2019 .

In view of the above, to avo id any regulatory vacuum in resp ect of the tariffs being levied by the regulated ent ities, the Author ity, in exercise of powers conferred by Section 13(1) of the Airport Economic Regu lato ry Author ity of India Act, 2008 hereby orders that:­

(i) The A irport Operators/ Independent Service Providers as per list A and B (SI. No. 1 to 20, 27 to 35) as above are allowed to continue levy of tar iffs exi sting as on 31.03.?.o 19, for afu rther period of six months w.e.f. 01 .04.2019 to 30.09.2 0'1 9 or till determination of ta riffs for the First/SecondlThird Control. Period (as app licable) whichever is ear lier. Rema inig ISPs at Sl'No. 2,1 ..'tb 25 are allowed to continue levy of existing tariff as ·o n p 1.0 3 , 20:r~ ; U9to 30.06 .2019.
