However, keeping in v iew the administrative exigencies and importance of subject matter, the State Chief Information Commissioner reserves the right to decide as and when the hearing should be held by the full Commission, or a Larger Bench .

The above re-distribution of work shall come into 27.04.2016 by superseding the previous allocation of work.
