Oranges & Lemons embroidered illustrations by Tobyboo continue to add a touch of zest to your home. Designer and artist Tina Crawford ‘draws’ with the needle of the sewing machine, with no sketching before hand so each thread line and wobble are captured and add to the charm and originality. “It’s like hand writing to me” says Tina “I like to just go for it and enjoy the challenge!” The collection is nostalgic, charming and yet contemporary. Based on the playground song, the illustration brings to life each London church sung in the verse. The tableware and home collection is soon to be joined by a fresh take on the image for fabric, bed linen, stationery and some beautiful new kitchen pieces.

Tina graduated from Central St Martins in Jewellery design in the mid 90’s. Following a successful career in television she became chronically ill and disabled, re training in free embroidery Tina was able to go back to her love of design. After the birth of her son, Toby – Tobyboo was born. Tobyboo is stocked in The Museum of London shop, Somerset House and Mary at House of Fraser. Commissioned to design a range to compliment The Museum of London’s major exhibition, Tina was asked to come up with designs and pieces for Doctors, Dissection and Resurrection
