This happens because the "orange" leaders focused on implementing their own profit
aims and power ambitions.

1. Support of Yushchenko had become a form of mass protest of citizens who did not only realize their own interests, but also acquired the ability to protect them.

3. The “Orange Revolution” took place not on the background of economic crisis, but in a period of economic growth. There was a struggle for rights and liberties.
