The Promoters of OCGC are a group of young entrepreneurs in

various fields of business from manufacturing & trading

backgrounds.

Mr. Vipul Panchmatia, Managing Director of OCGC, is an

Engineer and is the Honorary President of Nagpur Garment

Manufacturers Association & is in active garments

manufacturing business since 16 years, successfully running

M/s Paternal Clothing one of the well known Garment

Manufacturing unit in Nagpur.

Mr. Chandir Khemchandani, Director of OCGC, is the Honorary

Secretary of Nagpur Garment Manufacturers Association. He

has introduced Creative & Designer Sarees and Suits in Central

India through ‘Sagar Suits’ under his ownership,

Manufacturing & Marketing high end embroidered & stitched

sarees and suits. He has an excellent sales network across

Central India.

Mr. Sunder Bhojwani, is another Director Of OCGC & is in to

manufacturing of Women Apparels for domestic market for

the past 20 years. His Labels have noticeable presence in Top

line retail outlets in south India.

About OCGC

OCGC is designed to manufacture Woven - Formal & Casual

Men’s Shirts & Trousers with latest advanced computerized

Japanese, Italian & US origin Machinery.

The team is trained well to handle all types of woven fabrics

like 100% Cotton, Polyester, Rayon, Linen both in mill made &

power looms in light weight & heavy weights like poplin,

sheeting, fine shirting, twill, etc.

Work Process Flow Departmental photos:

FABRIC WAREHOUSE

Fabric warehouse is equipped to store about 2 lakh Mtrs of fabric & with fabric inspection

facilities.

CUTTING

Cutting department is planned for 4000 Pcs per day cuts & is equipped with 2 manual

spreading table of 18 Mtrs each & 1 Auto Spreader with 18 Mtrs length. The fusing

department has one Reliant 600 MM & one Hashima 600 MM fusing machines.

AUDIO VISUAL TRAINING TO WORKERS

All the workers undergo a detailed audio / visual training with theory classes & on machines

Training for 40 days & evaluated before posting them on production lines. They are trained on

Time management, Discipline, Team work, Production process, Quality, 5 S & Buyers /

Customers expectation from OCGC as their Vendor.

SEWING FLOOR

Sewing floor has 6 sewing lines with 52 work stations. 3 lines are marked for casual & formal

stand pack dress shirts with a production capacity of 1800 to 2000 shirts per day. Other 3 lines

are for casual trousers & formal Dress pants with production capacity of 1800 pcs per day. All

sewing machines are from JUKI & of Top end models with built in servo motors, UBT & Needle

point built in lights. All necessary specialized machines are added to the lines for specific critical

operations to get best productivity with Quality. All the operators are given detailed training on

operation & Quality.

FINISHING FLOOR

Finishing Department has 3 finishing lines designed to handle both bottoms & tops with a capacity of 4000 Pcs per day. The quality & Ironing team is carefully selected & the best of the training is given on the process of garment quality checking, Ironing, measurements of specs, folding, attaching all required embellishments & Packing. There is a separate CTPAT area marked cordoned for packing.

WASHING DEPARTMENT

Washing Department has a capacity to wash 5000 pcs per day of softener & enzyme washes
