Precept manufactures a complete line of protective apparel consisting of face masks, protective and isolation gowns, scrubs, headwear, shoe and boot covers, warm-up jackets, lab coats, coveralls. Additionally, we provide a unique patented re-usable ice bag design that brings specific features to assist in providing the best level of cold therapy.

Return GoodsProduct that is in full case quantities and in saleable condition may be returned within 365 days from the invoice date with a 25% restock fee. Discontinued, Custom, Made to Order, and items of a similar nature are non-returnable. Returns due to Precept shipping errors, or defective products (see Warranty on page 12) will not incur a restock fee. All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number to be accepted.

How to OrderPrecept Customer Service and through your Local Distributor

WARRANTYSELLER warrants its branded Products to the original BUYER to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used for the purpose intended by qualified personnel. The warranty shall extend six months from date of delivery. Notice of any such claimed defect must be given in writing to SELLER no later than 30 days after BUYER has reason to believe that a defect exists. SELLER shall have the right to inspect the claimed defective Products at such time and place as it reasonably requests. Products shall be returned to SELLER only upon written authorization and at SELLER’S cost. THIS WARRANTY IS GRANTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ON SELLER’S PART. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY OTHER LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR WITH THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS FURNISHED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. SELLER’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED, AND BUYER’S REMEDY IS LIMITED TO, EITHER: (1) REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, OR AT SELLER’S OPTION, (2) RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS AND REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE; AND SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE BUYER’S ENTIRE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

The warranty for products not covered by Seller’s warranty shall be limited to that available from the original manufacturer, if any.

Protection and Recommended Levels of UseProtection is the most important feature to consider in making choices regarding the appropriate isolation gown for your needs. Precept offers a variety of gowns and/or materials to meet the following AAMI1 PB702 levels of fluid protection. Our intent is to allow each customer to identify and choose the product(s) that best meet their specific needs. The chart below provides basic information regarding the AAMI fluid resistance levels:
