• To increase the efficiency of the process and minimize any error that can occur in the manual system.

• To reduce the paper work as it is difficult to keep record of customer’s information on papers.

• To make information sharing more easy and accurate.

• The system needed to develop and get information system operational in the shop does not require and sophisticated machines or software.

• The hardware that is required to run the information system is Pentium four and a Microsoft office package installed.

• There is not any training required to run the system.
