2. An LLC that actually benefits you!We’re doing something unique for you the investor. Instead of just giving you shares in an LLC or projections based on profit margin, we intentionally give you two layers of ownership by placing you in the LLC as the 1st Trust Deed owner of the specifically identified investment property. What Is My Return On Investment?

High Yield! High Security!Main Street Investment Group pays out up to a 15–20% return on the investment when you opt for us to retain the property. Most banks will return 3-5% on CD’s. The stock market will return on average 6-8%. Normal First trust deeds return 8-10%. The numbers speak for themselves!
