Maximum taste, minimum food miles, minimum waste

The Brewery works to reduce food miles by sourcing seasonal, locally sourced and organic produce wherever possible. It operates a waste

management system to minimise the amount of waste going to landfill. This includes glass, cardboard, oil and composting for waste food. It also uses a Pure Water system which provides guests with filtered

water in re-useable glass bottles.
