In India, we either have technical training institutes or we have HR firms that provide unskilled/ semi-skilled manpower. EITP brings in the unique concept of training for employment. As we would be recruiting the students for executing medium and large scale IT projects, we will ensure that they undergo a PAID training which brings them at par with the best IT professionals in the industry and domain.
How are we different from the rest?
Our seasoned faculty members, under the expert guidance of experienced industry IT professionals, will train you. We would focus not only on theory but introduce the concept of case based training where live examples from the industry would be put forward and students would complete projects within stipulated timelines. As a full time employee, they can be deputed anywhere in India or abroad (like APAC, US, Europe, China, etc..) as and when the projects require.

Revenue Model
The Indian IT infrastructure market, comprising of server, storage and networking equipment, will total $2.1 billion in 2013, growing 9.7 percent compared to 2012, according to Gartner, Inc.
The Indian IT infrastructure market is driven by hardware refresh, optimization and consolidation efforts. New data center build out, primarily driven by service providers, is providing added impetus to this market. The server market accounts for the biggest chunk of the market totaling 753 million in 2013 and forecast to total $962.3 million in 2017 (see Table). Increased uptake of x86 based technologies, coupled with continued investment in virtualization, will drive server growth. Virtualization is extending beyond servers and is setting the stage for private cloud adoption in many of the leading organizations.

While rest of our service offerings are self sufficient in terms of funds, we still need capital investment in our technical training division. We need 100,000 USD with the break up as follows1- Training Space- The rental per year for just the space is around 12000USD.2- Training Equipment- Hiring of equipment to train students (network devices/ servers/ laptops/ etc.) will cost us around 6000USD for an year. Purchase would be higher (around 12-15000USD)3- Salary for instructors- instructors with good skills will cost as 20000 USD per year.4- Printing cost for training material, paying technical writers to write the content, getting them copyrighted and expense on advertising would cost us 15-180000 USDWe are looking for an investment to keep us good for 2 years (50000 USD per annum expense).How we want to make this model self sufficient- by charging students who have to undergo industrial trainings as part of their curriculum. Other way is to approach industries to fund our model. Being a startup, we need to build our credibility in order to gain trust and hence the need of funding. Also, in order to further increase our revenues from our other verticals, we need approximately 100,000 USD for opening up our Sales, Marketing and support offices in NCR( National Capital Region), Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata.
