John lyon’s charity takes great pleasure in welcoming yhff to the young people’s foundation (ypf) family! the ypfs are locally based, cross sector partnerships that seek to find collaborative solutions to the issues facing the children and young people’s (cyp) sector. after 26 years of funding children and youth groups in hammersmith and fulham, John lyon’s charity hopes the yhff will become an integral part of the local cyp sector.
