• Benchmark analysis conducted on R1 commercial region N1, N2, N3, C1 ,C4 & C5-R1 based on the major service KPIs.• R2 region swap is in progress, hence cannot be analyzed under current circumstances.• Inferences over R1 swap analysis are quite satisfactory in almost all service KPIs.

Drop Call Rate slightly increased for N1 & N2 Regions. For N1 DCR increased after June 2013 [cells of N3 separated from N1 Changed the Set for calculation of DCR Low Traffic carried by N3 cells Low DCR Overall Regional DCR low].

DCR for N2 remained stable although there was substantial Traffic rise.
