It will make a fundamental difference to the capability of your senior managers, so they have the potential to improve quickly and make a real difference to your organisation. Our programme facilitates off-the-job learning, it’s been developed using a blend of online learning, on-the-job learning, and classroom training.
This 20% needs to be done within working hours.

As part of the Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship, all learners completing this qualification will automatically be assessed for the CMI Chartered Manager Award. Automatic eligibility includes successfully passing the EPA and a minimum of three years management experience.
Apprentices achieving the CMI Chartered Manager Award will join a community of management professionals who deliver:
