Register your account

An account must be registered to start using B-schedule.

Start B-schedule and register an account from Create new account.

Input the mail address of a company permitted in advance for Mail (account ID).

STEP1Start the application and flick to the left. Click the “Sign Up” button.

STEP2Input necessary items. Input the mail address of your company for “Mail.”Use the name on your passport for “Full name.”

STEP3Confirm “User agreement” and tap the “Sign Up” button.

STEP4B-schedule will send messages “Mail authentication is necessary” and “Company mail address.”“Complete registration” from the URL.

Log in

After completing the registration of your account, start B-schedule and log in. The login ID will be the “Company mail address” you have registered.

STEP1Start the application, flick to the left, and tap the “Log in” button.

STEP2Input the “Company mail address” and “password” you have registered and tap the “Start using B-schedule” button.

STEP5Login will be complete when the Home screen is displayed.

B+PLUS ID and Password Authorization will be completed, then tap OK on the screen.

Send itinerary

Create a travel plan of B-schedule from the final confirmation mail sent from JTBCWT or other reservation reply mail.

Transfer it to “[email protected]” from the “Company mail address” you registered, without changing the title and mail text.

STEP1Open the final confirmation mail sent from JTBCWT. Press the “Transfer” button.

STEP2Input specified address ”[email protected]” to Destination (To) and send the mail without changing “Title” and “mail text” at all.

STEP3When your itinerary has been correctly received, “Correctly updated” and an e-mail are sent and your travel plan is created in B-schedule.

Send itinerary - Application

If you are making the arrangement for someone else who is going to travel, perform the following operation to reflect the travel plan of B-schedule of that person.

STEP1Open the final confirmation mail sent from JTBCWT. Press the “Transfer” button.

STEP2Input “Traveler’s mail address” to Destination (TO) and”[email protected]” to CC. Send the mail without changing “Title” and “Mail text” at all.

STEP3When the itinerary has been correctly received, “Correctly updated” and an e-mail are sent to the traveler and the travel plan of the traveler is created in B-schedule.

STEP2

B+PLUS ID and Password Authorization will be completed, then tap OK on the screen.

You will see the trips booked with JTB-CWT automatically on the app after this authorization.

■To activate this feature, please make sure;

1. You have valid B+PLUS User ID and Password

2. You agree on Terms and Conditions of B+PLUS and make sure B+PLUS password is valid.

3. Domain part of the e-mail address you have registered is the same as the one you save in B-schedule.

■Service Scope;

1. Only international trip to be added to the app after JTB-CWT Travel consultant send the confirmation e-mail .

*Please note that VISA, Passport, Travel Insurance, Foreign currency or any other transaction fee are not in scope this feature.

2. It will take for a maximum of 15 minutes to review itinerary in B-Schedule after JTB-CWT Travel Consultant send the confirmation e-mail.

B+PLUS is JTB-CWT’s proprietary integrated business travel management system for corporate use

If you have a valid B+PLUS user account, you can check your trips from JTB-CWT on B-schedule automatically by this registration.

If you are not able to apply for this, you still can create trips by transferring the itinerary e-mails to [email protected].

STEP1

This authorization screen will pop up when you log in the app at the first time. Then enter B+PLUS User ID and Password and tap Submit.

You can skip this screen by tapping Cancel on the right top of screen.

Synchronize trips with B-schedule

STEP1Go to Home screen and tap Tools.

You also can activate this feature anytime you want.

STEP2Tap Settings.

STEP3Tap Automatically add JTB-CWT trips.

STEP4Enter B+PLUS User ID and Password and tap Submit.

Delete itinerary

To delete the itinerary received as a travel plan because the schedule has been changed, open the itinerary and press the “Delete” button on “Edit” at the upper right.

STEP1Open the details of the travel plan and tap the itinerary to be deleted.

STEP2Tap the “Edit” button at the upper right part.

STEP3The selected itinerary can be deleted by tapping the “Delete” button at the bottom.

Delete travel plan

To delete your travel plan because your business trip has been canceled, press the pencil button at the lower right part of the travel plan.

STEP1Tap and select a travel plan to be deleted from the list of travel plans.

STEP2Tap the “pencil” button at the lower right part.

STEP3The selected travel plan can be deleted by tapping the “Delete Trip” button at the bottom.

Manually create a travel plan

A travel plan can be manually created without sending an itinerary.

This can be done by using the “+” button at the upper left part of the travel plan list.

STEP1Tap the “+” button at the upper left part of the travel plan.

STEP2Input a city name, state or region name, country name, travel name, start date, and end date, and tap the “Done” button at the upper right part.

STEP3The created travel plan will be displayed on the travel plan list.

Manually create a travel plan

To delete a travel plan because your business trip is canceled, press the pencil button at the lower right part of the travel plan.

Time can be input in units of 15 minutes.

STEP1Tap from a list a travel plan to which an itinerary should be added.

STEP2Press the “+” button and select an itinerary to be added.

STEP3When Add flight is selected, input an airline name, flight number, and date of departure, and tap the “Get Details” button.

STEP4Detailed flight information will be displayed. Input a reservation number and tap “Done” at the upper right part. The itinerary will be registered.

Share a travel plan

A travel plan of B-schedule can be shared with a colleague of your company or your family by sending a mail. If your flight is delayed, for example, the information on delay can be conveyed by sending a mail from B-schedule.

STEP1Tap from the list a travel plan to which an itinerary is to be added.

STEP2When the travel plan is displayed, tap “□” at the lower part to display a sharing screen.

STEP3(1) Input an address to which a mail is to be sent. (2) Input a message to be sent to the other party. (3) Tap “Send” at the upper right part.

STEP4Detailed flight information will be displayed. Input a reservation number, etc., and tap “Complete” at the upper right part. The itinerary will be registered.

Synchronize with calendar

The travel plan of B-schedule can synchronize the itinerary with the built-in calendar of a smart device. To synchronize, setting on B-schedule must be made in advance.

STEP1Open Tool and tap “Setting.”

STEP2Tap “Sync trip to calendar.”

STEP3(1) Set Synchronize travel plan with calendar to ON. (2) Select a type of calendar. This completes the setting.

STEP4By setting Set to ON, the itinerary of B-schedule is synchronized with the calendar.

Log out

To log out of B-schedule, press the Logout button on the Set screen.

STEP1Open Tool and tap “Set.”

STEP2Tap “Logout” at the bottom.

STEP3The initial screen of B-schedule will be displayed, indicating that you have logged out. To log in again, flick to the left and log in.

Get a password again

If you have forgotten your password to log in B-schedule, start B-schedule and request re-setting of a password. A link to the new password will be sent to your company mail address. Set a new password from this link.

STEP1Tap “Forgot your password?” on the Login screen.

STEP2Input “Company mail address” to the mail address field and tap the “Submit” button.

STEP3Mail “B-schedule:Reset Password Request” will be sent to your company mail address. Click URL and re-set a password.

STEP4Input the new password and press the “Change password” button. This completes resetting of a password.
