Tips:Only under the condition of pressure can the machine work.If you want to return the

device to the its initialization,you must make sure that you press the stopping button(red

one)with pressure(let out the button in time)and then return .Only being operated in that

way will the machine work normally.

Solve methods：

（1）Check the machine is powered and connected ventilation vacuum motor,

the specific operations, please refer to "new machine installed step"

（2）Check the emergency stop is pressed, if you press please unscrew!

Then press the reset and try again!

（3）Disassemble the machine table cover, look at the back of the touch

screen plug is loose, then plug by hand tight! See "disassemble step"

2222，In automatic mode, the temperature of the mold is not!

Solve methods：

First, the temperature is set high, view the heating relay lamp is lit,

replace the relay does not shine. Bright replacement of heating

rods. See "disassemble step"

3333, In manual mode, the automatic mode can not play, point stepping forward, stepping

back, motor homing buttons do not respond.

Solve methods：

Turn off the power, re-open, and then click on the Forward button in

the manual interface, so the heating plate mold machine under went

to the middle, then back to the origin or the normal operation of

the press can automatically!

4444，In manual mode, the automatic mode can not enter。

Solve methods：

Check vacuum motor, motor speed and cylinder button is pressed,

please press the reset if you can!


5555，In manual mode, point vacuum motor or speed motor or cylinder buttons do not

respond.

Solve methods：

1，Point vacuum motor does not respond: Check vacuum motor power cord is

plugged in, or plug position. Vacuum tube is connected!

2.Point speed motor did not respond: speed control motor speed motor relay

broken or bad damage!

3，Point cylinder Button does not respond: Check whether the air supply

connected. If you did not take a good response, indicating that the solenoid

valve is broken!
