INTEGRATED LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (iLMS)

ASCO delivers fully integrated supply base services which connect all elements of our clients’ logistics and

materials management activities through our innovative and bespoke technology platform. Our service is

supported and managed via the ASCO Integrated Logistics Management System (iLMS) that provides customers

with end-to-end visibility of their supply chain activities, allowing them to track their assets and benefit fully

from the cost efficiencies of integration.

We ensure materials arrive in the right place, at the right time and in the right condition by linking our transport,

materials management, marine and freight capabilities. We integrate our operations via centralised facilities

that optimise the utilisation of transport to the work site.

In addition, ASCO’s industry-leading Oniqua Analytics Solution (OAS) helps clients to optimise inventory,

increase efficiency and reduce costs associated with inventory management.

TRANSPORT & DISTRIBUTION

Our range of comprehensive services includes warehousing and distribution, container

transport and unpacks, and freight distribution to various locations throughout Australia.

RIG TRANSPORT

We specialise in mobilisation of land based drilling rigs and associated equipment covering

all aspects of rigging and logistics operations. Our fleet of modern prime movers along with

specialised trailers suit all transport requirements.

REMOTE CAMP FACILITIES

We provide remote camp management facilities and associated services to remote locations.

Our mobile accommodation camps are purpose built and skid mounted for ease of set up.

ASCO TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS (AT&L)

TRANSPORT, LOGISTICS AND FACILITIES SOLUTIONS TO THE OIL AND GAS, MINING, AND INFRASTRUCTURE

INDUSTRIES.

Our strength lies in our knowledge, experience, and expertise in managing transport and logistic services in

some of Australia’s harshest climates and environments. We offer integrated services from our distribution and

supply base facilities strategically located in the Perth metropolitan area, Dampier and Dongara. We maintain

current Main Roads Heavy Vehicle accreditation as well as being a licensed provider of Dangerous Goods cartage.

ASCO is committed to delivering the highest standard of safe and efficient operations to its

customers. To support this commitment, ASCO has achieved ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004,

and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification via Lloyd’s Register LRQA.

ASCO DAMPIER SUPPLY BASE

Our North West operations are located at Cinders Road in Dampier and offer:

• 60,000m2 of laydown space and storage

• Bunded tank storage facility

• Drill pipe and riser inspection laydown area

Drilling mud operations are also conducted from this facility.

ASCO DONGARA CAMP AND LAYDOWN FACILITY

Our permanent camp situated 15kms south of Dongara is ideally

situated for Perth Basin Operations. The camp offers ensuite

and air conditioned facilities with a capacity to accommodate

more than 50 people. Full catering and cleaning services are

included.

The laydown area encompasses 60,000m2.

ASCO LOGISTICS BASE 1, DARWIN

Our modern and well equipped facility is one of the highest standard warehouses currently built in Darwin. It is cyclone rated and constructed to meet all relevant building codes.

Key features include:

• 11,500m2 heavy duty concrete hardstand open storage

• 1,800m2 heavy duty concrete undercover awning storage

• 3,600m2 covered warehouse storage with a fire suppression system

• 400m2 of modern office, boardroom and lunchroom space

• Wash-down facility including a 4,000psi hot/cold pressure washing system and an air compressor for equipment and containers

• In-transit dangerous goods facility

• Two offices, common use area, boardroom, and lunchroom

ASCO PERTH SUPPLY BASE

Located in Forrestfield – our purpose built warehouse, workshop, and office facility supports a 24/7 operation. It contains a fully equipped driver fatigue centre and amenities.

Key features include:

• 15,000m2 heavy duty concrete hardstand open storage

• 1,900m2 heavy duty concrete undercover canopy area

• 5,550m2 high truss warehouse space

• 1,600m2 maintenance facility

• 45,000 litre self bunded diesel fuelling station

• 700m2 spare parts area for fleet & rental spares

• 460m2 segregated undercover

• 90m2 truck wash bay facility with oil separation system

• Onsite lifting to 16 tonne

ASCO DARWIN MARINE SUPPLY BASE

A world class design and purpose built facility to suit the current and future demands of the offshore oil and gas industry.

Having led the design and construction of the DMSB and with a 20 year operating lease, ASCO has an intimate understanding of Darwin’s Port operations.

Key features include:

• 3 working berths with up to 265m in length

• 2 berths of 7.5m depth, capable of supporting up to 180 tonne crane operations

• 120m heavy lift berth of 8.5m depth with 600 tonne crane capability

• 1800m2 warehouse storage

• Dangerous goods transit storage and handling facility

• Efficient pumping rates for fuel and water

SHELL DARWIN ONSHORE SUPPLY BASE

ASCO deliver a fully managed integrated supply base operation for Shell Australia in support of the Prelude Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) facility located in the Browse Basin, approximately 800 kilometres west of Darwin, Northern Territory. Located adjacent to ASCO’s LB1 facility and within 2km from ASCO’s DMSB facility – the link between LB1, DOSB and DMSB ensures our customers receive full benefit of our diverse and integrated operations.

ASCO services include:
