If you dont have an ID to access the G-SeMS,

you should request reuse the G-SeMS with same ID/PW of supplier portal

Proposer will be the main contact for all inquiry.

Please note any communication after submit proposal will go through the proposer added in step 3. Examples are emails which will be

sent when proposal has been submitted and received successfully. Please make sure to enter carefully!

Email to representative will be send after successful submit: Proposal has been submitted and Proposal has been received

You will also receive an email with your Potential Supplier Code which is needed to create ID and PW for access to the system so that

progress of the application can be followed.

Tech. Competitiveness My Proposal List of Proposals Advanced Search Creating Project

Summary

If proposal is selected as a project, evaluation stage and detailed

information will be searchable/editable by the assigned project number

1. Click Creating Project tab under Advanced Search to see a list of

projects relevant to the proposal

2. Click Project No., the detailed information about the project will

be shown under Progress Status of Creating Project menu. You

can also edit the information entered.

3. Click + button, the box under Progresses List will be enabled for

editing. Select appropriate row and click - button to delete it if needed.

4. Progress List : Freely update and edit the progress information as

needed.

5. Drafter : Name of the person who input progress

information

6. Click Save button once editing is completed (When there are

updates, select appropriate row and click Save button)

edit the general information

2. If the information is editable, Save button will be enabled.

3. A company is registered as a regular supplier then the general

information cannot be edited.

2. Click Save button -> Information will be automatically sent to

Open Sourcing Office.
