whether you are in the office, at home, or on</p><p>the roadto access the people and the information you need.Your status -- the basis for optimized communications</p><p>OpenScape uses your statusto Take a tour of the Personal Portal</p><p> OpenScape is presence-aware, so be sure to set your status and change it whenneeded.</p><p> Indicate your preferred phone and other communication devices.</p><p> Add your contacts to take advantage of OpenScape's multi-resource communicationsfeature.</p><p>Once you are familiar with the basic features of the Personal Portal, learn more about thefollowing:</p><p> The Voice Portal allows you to access the features of OpenScape from the phone.</p><p> Use the Rules Wizard to set up how, where, and when you can be reached.</p><p> Increase the productivity of the group of people you work with by setting up your team asa Workgroup.</p><p> If your company subscribes to the WebEx service, configure your WebEx password.</p><p>1.
