Inthisstepyou’llbevisualizing,andyou’llstartbyvisualizingthenumberone.Itdoesn’thavetobeinaparticularcolororsize,butyouneedtovisualizethenumberandfocusonit.Atinglingsensationmayoccur,andthisisnatural.Donotstopdoingwhatyou’redoing.Thetinglingsensationispartofyourthirdeyeawakening.Thesensationshouldbebetweenyoureyebrows,whereyourthirdeyechakraislocated.It’sokayifyoudon’tfeelanything,butitmeansyoushouldpracticealittlemore.
Step4:
Onceyoucanseethenumberinyourmind,youaregoingtowanttoholditforafewseconds.Youarethengoingtomovetothenumbertwo,thenthree,andkeepgoinguntilyouhitthenumberten.Youshouldthenbeabletokeepyoureyesclosedandseethenumbersonethroughtheninyoureyes.Thisiswhenyouhavemasteredstepfourandcanmoveon.
Step5:
You’lleventuallygetboredwithnumbers,andyouaregoingtowanttomoveontocolors,flowers,orsomethingelsetohelpyouvisual.Thisisaclairvoyancemeditationthatwillhelpyoutoopenyourthirdeyeaswell.
Step6:
Movethistechniquetoyoureyesopen,andonceyoumasterstepsixyou’llbeabletoopenyourthirdeyeatwill.Itwillhelpyoutoopenyourselfuptoaurasaroundyou,whichyou’llbeabletoopenyourthirdeyefurtherfromthere.
KeepingMeditationUpRegularly:Settinguparoutineisusuallybestwhenyouaretryingtoopenupyourthirdeye.Rememberthatadetoxfirstisusuallybest,butyou’realsogoingtowanttomeditateonaregularbasis.Themeditationaboveisoneofthesimplestthatyoucanusetoopenyourthirdeyeandhelpyourpinealglandtoreawaken,butitisnottheonlymeditationthatcanbeused.Meditatingjusttomeditate,suchasmindfulmeditationforbreathing,willalsohelptocenteryou.Ifyouarecenteredinbody,mind,andspirit,youaremorelikelytoawakenyourthirdeyemoreeasily.
SomeThirdEyeAwakeningTechniquesTherearemanywonderfultechniquestousewhenyouaretryingtoawakenyourthirdeye.Theportaltechniqueissomethingthatyoulearnforastralprojectionaswell,whichcanalsocomefromopeningyourthirdeye.You’llfindthatboththeportaltechniqueandthenextmeditationtechniquewillhelpyoutoopenyourthirdeye,andyoucanalwaystrymorethanonetechnique.
ThePortalTechnique:Theportaltechniqueiseasytouse,anditbecomeseasierthroughpracticeaswell.Youhavetobepreparedforwhatyou’regoingtoexperience,anditcanbeanexperiencethatyoumaynotbepreparedfor.Tryingthemeditationtechniqueandmovingtotheportaltechniqueisrecommended,astheportaltechniquewillopenyourthirdeyealittlemore.Itisbesttodosograduallyifyouareunsureofwhattoexpect.
Step1:
Youneedtorelaxcompletely,andthisusuallymeansthatyoushouldlaydown.Usearelaxationtechniqueonyourown,suchasmindfulnessofbreathing.ThiswillhelpyoutoentertheAlphalevelofthemin.takeyourpointerfinger,anditdoesn’tmatterwhathand,andplaceitbetweenyoureyebrows,justbelowthemandrightontopofthebridgeofyournose.Circleyourfingerclockwise,whichwillhelpyoutomassagethearea.Youshoulddothisforthirtyseconds,andthenyoucanstopbypullingitaway.Youmaystillnoticethesensationevenafteryou’vepulledyourfingeraway.
Step2:
Repeatsteponeifyoudonotfeelaswirlingsensationevenwhenyourfingerisgone,butwhenyoudofeelityoushouldfeelitresonatingintheheadarea.Trytoobservethefeeloftheenergyswirlinginyourhead.Tiltyoureyesupward,andthefeelingshouldintensifywhenyoudothis.Astrongersensationshouldappear,andbreatheinthroughyournoseasyoufeeltheenergyinthearea.
Itshouldstarttoriseupfromthesolesofyourfeet,andconcentrateonmakingthatfeelingoccurifitisn’tthere.Itshouldcomefromthesolesofyourfeet,upwardsintoyourcalves,intoyourlegs,groins,hips,torso,upthespine,thenintothethroat,andrightintoyourheadwheretheswirlingenergyshouldintensify.Inhaletheenergy,andexhaletofeelthefeelingstrengthenandmakeitpulsate.
Step3:
Youneedtoinhaleagain,andtheenergyshouldcomeupthroughyoursolesallthewayupintoyourheadagain.Thiswillhelptointensifythepoweroftheenergyinyourhead.Trytodothisthirtythreetimes,andthatisbecauseitshouldbeasetofthreebreathseleventimes.Thiswillhelpyoutoamplifytheenergy,whichisneededtohelpstimulateyourpinealglandandopenupyourthirdeye.
Step4:
Theswirlingatthispointshouldbextremelyintense,especiallyintheareaofyourheadwhereyourthirdeyeislocated.Youcanevenrecreatethefeelingifyoulostitbythinkingaboutit,oryoucanstartover.
Step5:
Youneedtorepeatthiseverynight,anditshouldbedonerightbeforebed.Youcan’tmoveontothenextstepimmediately,andthisisanintermediarystepthatmustbetaken.Itwillalsohelptorepeatitrightasyougetupinthemorning.Youwillstarttoseevariousthings,includinglight.Youmayseeagreenlightthattwistsinacyclone.Thisisyourthirdeyeawakening,andthisisyourawarenessexpanding.
Step6:
Thiswillhelpyoutoprojectyourconsciousawareness,andyoucanevengothroughthetunneltoastrallyproject.Itisalsorecommendedthatyoukeepajournal.Ifitgetstointense,thenyouaregoingtowanttocloseyourthirdeyeandtrywithamildertechnique.
Youshouldn’tcontinuethistechniqueaftertwoweeks,atleastnotadailybasis.Thisisbecauseyoucanoverloadyourbodyandmindwithenergy,andthiscouldleaveyoucompletelyunbalanced.Thiscancausechaosinyourlife,andthatiswhyrecordingyourresultsandstoppingifitbecomestoohecticisrecommended.
AnotherMeditationTechnique:Manythirdeyeawakeningtechniquesinvolvemeditation,andthisisbecausemeditationwillhelpyoutoactivateandstimulateyourpinealgland.Thismeditationtechniqueisdifferentthantheoneinthepreviouschapter,butitisstillconsideredtoberelativelyeasy.
Step1:
Itisimportantthatyourfrequencyishighwhenyouaretryingtoawakenyourthirdeyebecauseahigherfrequencywillstimulateyourpinealgland.Thishelpstoopenthethirdeyechakra,andbeinghappyandfollowingyourjoywillhelp.Trybyexaminingyourfeelings,andthiswillhelptoincreasevibrationallevels.Beinginnature,dancing,singing,beingcreative,orlisteningtomusicthatyouenjoyisagoodsteptoraiseyourfrequencysothatyoucanmoveon.
Step2:
Next,you’llneedtocloseyoureyesandslowdownyourbreathing.Itisimportantthatyouhaveasteadypacewithbreathing.Sodonotbreatheintoodeeplyortooshallowly.Thiswillactuallybreakyourconcentration.Withoutproperconcentration,youwillneedtostartover.

Next,loweryourchin,makingitpointdowntowardsyourchest.Youmayfeelaweightpullingyourchindownasyouexperiencetinglingbetweenyoureyebrowswhereyourthirdeyechakraislocated.
Nomatterwhatyoufeel,youneedtokeepbreathingatanevenpaceandstayrelaxed.
