At San Ysidro Health Center, the health and well-being of seniors is a high priority. Therefore, we are proud to announce the opening of our new Senior Health Center on Monday, October 27, 2014.

The Senior Health Center is a special clinic designed to serve patients 55 years of age and older. Health services will be provided in a warm and welcoming setting by compassionate doctors and staff who are experts in senior care. Please visit our new Senior Health Center, and let us meet your health care needs.

The new Senior Health Center is located at 3364 Beyer Blvd., Suite 103, San Ysidro, CA 92173, next to our Adult Day Health Center.

Hours of Operation:Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
