1.0 OPENING COMMENTS

1.1 Call to Order / Quorum Check

The Supplier Support Committee (SSC) was called to order at 5:00 p.m., 21-JUN-2016 by Dale Harmon, SSC Chairperson.

1.2 Introductions/Routing of Attendance List/Code of Ethics/Review of Agenda

The Code of Ethics, Anti-Trust & Conflict of Interest (pg. 7 Attendees Guide) were reviewed by Dale Harmon, SSC Chairperson.

The SSC viewed the PRI anti-trust video. The safety information, including fire exits, was reviewed.

1.3 Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes

Motion made by Gary White and seconded by Arno Toelkes to approve the Minutes from February 2016 Nadcap meeting in Pittsburgh as written.

1.4 Awards and Recognition

Dale Harmon presented awards to the following people:

Jim Ringer for the Communications Team

2.0 SSC MEMBERSHIP CHANGES

No changes to report at this time

3.0 NADCAP MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (NMC) CHAIR ADDRESS

Jeff Lott, NMC Chairperson, reviewed the “Self-Audit – SSC Presentation”

A self-audit will soon be a requirement and will be due 30 days before the audit start date. The audit will need to be uploaded into eAuditnet.

This still has to go to ballot and e-mail notifications sent. Training with more details will be communicated at the October meeting.

Mike Graham will be updating the Auditor Handbook.

4.0 SUPPLIER NEWS

Dale Harmon reviewed the “Supplier News Presentation”

Most SSC sponsored events are moving to Monday at the February 2017 Nadcap meeting in New Orleans.

Auditor evaluations will be shared with auditors in a new and better way.

The Flow Down Sub-Team is ending with Best Practices listed in eAuditnet

9 Tech Symposiums will be given in 2016; 3 US, 3 Europe, 2 Asia and 1 in India in September.

The NMC is working on auditor effectiveness and changing the risk mitigation process.

5.0 2015 SUPPLIER SURVEY RESULTS

Arno Toelkes, Supplier Survey Results Analysis Sub Team Lead, reviewed the “SSC Survey 2015-London 2016 Presentation”

Action plans will be developed and reported at the October 2016 meeting in Pittsburgh

SSC is looking for help/volunteers to analyze the survey data
