YOU... LEAD IT! OBJECTIVES DON’T LET CHANGE TRAP YOU… LEAD IT! OBJECTIVES Managers are required to be constantly successful despite the obstacles that they may face. Each colleague is generally capable of contributing everything that the company recruited him or her for; to provide know-how, skills, discipline or logistics. However, there is something that he or she is also capable of contributing that cannot be hired: enthusiasm. Treating a colleague not as what he/she is, but as what he/she could be, is the greatest challenge that any good Manager faces. And to achieve this, the colleague should see the Manager as the Leader. Managers are appointed by the hierarchy, but Leaders are chosen by their Co-workers. But how can this fabulous working capital, made up by People, be led to produce maximum profits? Firstly through discovering the right tools and then training with them in order to achieve tangible and measurable changes in their Personal Attitudes. This is the key guarantee of our training, since having “Leader Attitudes” goes beyond just dominating techniques and therefore, training is required to get them there. Once the participants, who manage teams and people have finished the training they will specifically be capable of: Assuming and promoting a positive attitude to change. Improving communication, exchange and flow of information within the team. Effectively use different styles of leadership. Encouraging and promoting team work and the quest for synergies to improve results. Developing their capabilities of influence within the team. Handling the tools learnt to proficiently become skillful “coaches” or trainers of their teams. OPEN TRAINING & MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP 27th Sept., 18th Oct., 8th and 29th Nov. 2012

the training methodology is oriented toward anchoring real changes in the participants’ attitudes and behaviors.

all sessions are led by an MrC coach with deep knowledge in training issues and with broad business experience.

training groups include between 10 and 12 participants.

Sessions are highly participative, with numerous exercises, team work and role plays.

the participants come to their own conclusions, coached along by the MrC trainer.

in order to optimize habits, attitudes and behaviors, an interval of 3 to 4 weeks between sessions is recommended.

during these intervals each participant has the opportunity to practice tools personally selected from every session.

during the pauses for coffee and lunch, social interaction is generated which binds the group together, forging a team spirit which underlines the difference between a “group of people” and a “team”.

Our participants discover and train with the right tools to obtain the best effective results for every situation.
