Office of the Texas Governor,
Under the Texas Public Information Act, §6252-17a et seq., I am requesting an opportunity
copies of public records that the Office of the Texas Governor has in their possession. I am
requesting the following public records:
1.
The “name” of all of the information that the Texas Governor’s Office is requestin
refugees that are going to enter or have entered the State of Texas under the Whi
plan on the resettlement of Syrian refugees into the United States of America
2.
The name of the organizations, entities and governmental bodies that the Texas G
Office has requested information from in regards to the Syrian refugees that have
are planning on entering the State of Texas through the White House ’s plan on the
of Syrian refugees into the United States of America
3.
Information that the Office of the Texas Governor has collected and maintained re
Syrian refugees that have entered or that are planning on entering the State of Tex
White House’s plan on the resettlement of Syrian refugees into the United States
4.
Letters that your office has sent to the Texas Health and Human Services Commiss
of 2015 regarding the Syrian refugees
5. Letters that the United States Department of Justice and the White House have se
the Texas Governor’s Office regarding and pertaining to the Syrian refugees.

552.221(d) and 231(c). If you expect a significant delay in responding to this request, pleas

If you deny any or all of this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial an
specific statutory exemption(s) you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and
the appeal procedures available to me under the law. If your “governmental body” wants
Texas Attorney General's Opinion regarding any of our request, I ask that you immediatelythen seek a formal decision from the Texas Attorney General not later than ten (10) calend
your receipt of this request, as required by the Texas Public Information Act. See Sec. 552
then ask your governmental body to release to me all of the items in which you have not s
