In this department we have Youth: age 5 – 12, Teen: age 13 – 18, Adult: age 19 + and Person(s) with Disabilities. Be sure to indicate the correct division number on your entry form. If exhibitor is less than 18 years of age, include your age and your parent signature where indicated. Failure to comply with these rules may result in entry disqualification. Read instructions carefully:
1. Do not enter items/exhibits used in prior Maricopa County Fairs.
2. One item/entry - per Class - per exhibitor (unless otherwise noted) 3. Entry created by the exhibitor. 4. Children in the same family should work on individual projects. Individual family members use separate entry
forms. Every entry form must have a parent or guardian signature. 5. The Superintendent reserves the right to combine or divide Classes, depending on entries. 6. Misclassified entries will be re-designated at the discretion of the Superintendent.
7. Items offensive to the general public will not be accepted. 8. Premiums will be mailed, to the address on the entry form, after the Fair. 9. Exhibitors are allowed to enter unlimited number of entries per class as long as each is paid with a $1 entry fee
prior to deadline day.

Fair Fashion Show & Style Review We are pleased to announce our partnership with Arizona Make It With Wool and its parent organization the Arizona
Wool Producers’ Auxiliary. The Arizona Wool Producers’ Auxiliary will sponsor 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards at the
Maricopa County Fair Fashion Show for the Child, Youth, and Open Divisions. Prizes, in the form of Pendleton wool
yardage, will be awarded by Rali Burleson, Director, Arizona Make It With Wool.
The Fashion Show will showcase Home Arts- Sewing and Fiber Arts clothing
Entries, Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2:00pm. All youth, ages 5-18 will be encouraged to model a garment they made
whether or not they got a ribbon. Contestants will model one garment. Please attach a 5x7 card to garment being
presented, listing the seamstress and model’s name along with a description of the garment.
