Context Conditions our approach to and understanding of Educational Practice, to Open Education, when I think about my context I see it as made up of:
•Our role, what we do and how we see our role, as facilitator, teacher, builder (makar) or decision maker (all overlapping•Organisational culture, “it’s what we do around here”•Personal values, what I believe the value of education is, and how I think about the role of education in creating public value.
Can you think about your own context and how it shapes your understanding of Open Education, of Digital Participation and Widening Participation? Once you have talked it through please write on a post it note.
