Most important points: • Regions must have a regional office in Brussels

• As a general rule, cities must have a regional office in Brussels or must be a capital of a country or NUTS I or NUTS II region or must have more than 500.000 inhabitants

• 8-12 partners within the conglomerate, where 5 different countries are represented

• One single venue per conglomerate (1 or 2 sessions)

• One lead office and one deputy office for the conglomerate

• Each partner has to organise a local event

• One contact person on behalf of the conglomerate responsible for local events

• More time for preparation of applications – we expect higher quality
