INTERNSHIP WARP
“When Mary Burke gave a lecture at the Uni, I made myself a goal that I would be employed by Warp. A couple of months later I got an internship through the Uni and helped on a TV pilot for them, before being offered a full-time job. The units on the course are all things that I go back to everyday at work, as well as learning to say yes to everything.”Lucille SutherlandBA (Hons) Film GraduateDevelopment Assistant, Warp

INTERNSHIP WARP
“After Lucille’s internship in the summer 2010, which was part of the Falmouth/Warp internship programme, it was clear that she was an invaluable asset to our team both creatively and organisationally. Since then she has grown into the role as Development Assistant and PA to the MD of Warp Films, Robin Gutch. She rocks.”Mary BurkeProducer, Warp (Midnight Beast, For Those In Peril, Berberian Sound Studio, Submarine)

WHY FALMOUTH?
“The theory side gave me an invaluable insight into the different contextual, theoretical and analytical approaches to film in both local and global contexts, while the practice side helped me to develop a number of post-production skills that have become essential in my current job.”Jack BridgerBA (Hons) Film Graduate(Footage Researcher, Journeyman Pictures)

WHY FALMOUTH?
“I graduated with a first class degree, and worked as a production assistant on a number of MTV shows, camera woman, docu-drama editor, researcher and director's assistant on adverts and music promos. Film at Falmouth set me in good stead for a career in the media. When I graduated I had a good working knowledge of a number of cameras, editing software and design programs, all of which helped me get my first proper production jobs. The lecturers were also hugely supportive and pushed me to achieve my best.”Fern Beresford
BA (Hons) Film Graduate(Director, Coy Communications)
